If you have a supported GPS, you can use the "From GPS" option to import your track from your GPS. Just press "Start" to begin downloading the GPS data. You will presented a screen like this (read more):

Alternatively you can import a GPX file manually. track 'n share supports the GPX 1.1 file format. You will be presented with a open file dialog like the one below (read more).
